The ELC is on its way to keep up with the visions of the global village and the internationalization of college education. We work hard to continuously improve and enhance in-class and out-of-class teaching resources. Right now, the center is working towards creating the Ming Chuan English Proficiency Testing System in the hopes of having the ability to accurately assess student learning outcome.
